Product warranties are determined by the manufacturers of each specific product and the terms are non-negotiable. If you have a product that you believe is defective, please refer to the warranty information provided by the manufacturer of the product in question. Please follow the warranty procedure that corresponds with your product.
Most companies warrant, to the original customer only, that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. The customer’s proof of purchase must accompany all claims. The company reserves the right to repair or replace, at their discretion, any product determined to be defective. If it has been determined that the product has been rendered unusable through neglect by the customer or through normal wear and tear, this or any other warranty will not cover the product. All items must be returned to Behind The Mask, with the exception of one piece sticks (OPS) and composite shafts which must go through the manufacturer. Inline skate wheels are warranted by the manufacturer of the specific wheel. Please contact Behind The Mask regarding all warranties before you ship your items back to be examined.

To make a return, locate your receipt, visit warrior.com/hockey/warranty and fill out the online request form. Wait for an email with an authorization number. Package the defective product with proof of purchase and write your return authorization number, clearly, on the package. You must have an RA# in order to make a return. Ship the package to:
