Warranties

  Returns and Warranties
Behind the Mask will only accept return items that fit the following criteria:
  • Never used or worn
  • Within 30 days of purchase with copy of invoice
  • No warranty or return on replacement blades and sticks
  • No returns on ice skates once sharpened
  • Returned in original package or skate box
  • All products under manufactures warranty for breakage and wear
  • All returns subject to 10% restocking fees
  • Skates will be credited minus the free shipping charge for out of state sales
  • Special Orders must be paid in full before order will be placed
  • No returns on any Special Orders
  • Special Orders include but are not limited to custom products, products we do not stock, or products that are out of stock
  • All returns must accompany a return authorization (RA )number issued by Behind the Mask or they will be refused
  • Returning items must have the return authorization number (RA) affixed or written on the package and must be in resalable condition
  • Behind the Mask assumes no responsibility for damage to products during shipping
  • All damage in shipment goods must be immediately reported to the shipping company and claims placed with them

*Behind the Mask (BTM) only warranties products purchased from BTM.
**We will not honor any manufactures warranties on products not purchased from BTM.
